Brandon Pluchinsky
Brandon was born and raised in the Youngstown area. He graduated from Youngstown State with a Master’s degree in Accounting and uses his background in accounting to best serve his customers. By learning about the business, he understands the details that drive profits. Brandon talks with business owners to assess equipment needs, plans for expansion, or support for daily operations. When not in the office, he can be found on the golf course improving his game and interacting with potential clients.

Bryan Ramsey

Bryan is a commercial banking professional with 25 years of experience in leadership, employee development and profit management, all focused on the delivery of extraordinary banking relationships to corporate clients in a broad range of industries.  He is a proven driver of business growth, management, and profitability.  

Bryan's comprehensive experience in loan structure, credit analysis, value added financial solutions along with being skilled in relationship initiatives, cultivation and growth at both the C-suite level and with small business owners, has successfully helped to develop business and opportunities for the growth of the Ohio Valley in which he was born and raised.  

As a Wheeling resident and a graduate of West Liberty University, Bryan has greatly supported his community not only as a banking professional but as a member of many community boards and organizations.  

Donny Lees
Born and raised in Wayne County, Donny develops relationships with business and their families in communities that the bank services. He believes that each business is unique and requires different needs in order to be successful. He knows how to start this process with a conversation. He works closely with his clients to help them achieve their present and future financial goals.

Doug Pell

Douglas Pell is a Commercial and Mortgage Lender for Main Street Bank.  He joined the team in May 2008.  Doug is from Wheeling and a graduate of Wheeling Central. Upon graduation, he received a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from West Virginia University.  He lives in Wheeling with his wife, Joanna, son, Kaleb, and three cats (Memphis, Tennessee, and Bobo Bronco Poptart).  In his spare time, Doug loves to exercise, listen to music, bowl, bocce, play cards, and spend time with family and friends.

Dylan Kaufman 

“I am from Holmes County and grew up in Berlin then went to Hiland high school. I was involved in all sports and different clubs growing up. I cannot thank the community enough for the support of me and my fellow classmates and teammates, it is a community unlike any other. I moved out to Findlay for four years to earn my college degree in marketing and finance while also continuing to play basketball. Upon graduation the only decision was to come back home. Most recently I have had the privilege of working in Wayne County and getting to know so many incredible community members and businesses. I cannot express the amount of love and respect I have for Wayne and Holmes County and truly believe there are no places that can match it. Main Street Bank offers me an opportunity, by putting me in a lending position with the bank to do what I have
specialized in for many years. I have the opportunity to give back and help the people and businesses that have supported me along the way, to develop financial solutions and structures to achieve their goals.”

Kristin Flickinger
Kristin was born and raised on a family farm in Ashland County. Her childhood was spent learning about cash crops and livestock at 4-H meetings. She has taken this education and developed it into a banking career. When talking with her clients, she learns what drives their business and makes it successful, identifying needs in the process. Whether the need is more cattle or machinery, Kristin can find a solution for her customers!

Nick Sparachane

Nick was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia.  He received his accounting degree at West Virginia University and his MBA at Wheeling University.  He has worked at Main Street Bank for 7 years as a credit analyst before becoming a commercial lender.  His goal is to help businesses in the Ohio Valley to grow.  Nick prides himself in being involved in the community through various volunteering efforts, and as a husband and father.  

Tim Rhodes
Tim grew up on a farm in Salem, Ohio. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he lived in Columbus for 15 years before he started missing the small town feel of Columbiana County and made his way back to the area in 2014. As a loan originator, Tim is eager to get to know the good people of the area, and help them with their borrowing needs. When not at work, you’ll find Tim at the farm, at the fairs, or at auctions promoting agriculture and country living. He genuinely cares for his customers and helping them meet their financial goals.
